Using Ledger Nano X
Learn how to create the withdrawal key for your Solo validator with Ledger
Ledger Nano X allows users to create the withdrawal key for their Solo validators with a couple of clicks and store the key securely. Here's the guide on how to do it:
- Prepare your Ledger
- Connect Ledger to your PC
- Sync Ledger within Solo App
- Verify the BLS signature
The sequence is incredibly simple and takes 30 seconds at most to complete.
Check if you have at least the 1.2.4-5 firmware version installed by following these instructions and then launch the Ethereum App on your Ledger

Use either USB or Bluetooth to connect your Ledger Nano X
If using Bluetooth, make sure that your Ledger is paired with the PC before proceeding to the next step.

At the Withdrawal Credentials stage, choose
Ledger Nano X
option and press Connect
You have successfully completed step 3 of this tutorial.
When prompted, verify whether the BLS key shown in the Solo App corresponds to the BLS key shown by your Ledger, then press

You have now successfully completed all 4 steps of this tutorial and learned how to generate and submit your withdrawal credentials using Ledger Nano X.
